FOOD WILL BE SERVED FROM 5.30 to 7.00 at MOOR HALL
Trevor Wheeler and his family have lived in the Shropshire hills for many decades and provide quality meat from animals that have had a good life. They specialise in organic rare breed Berkshire pork, Hill Radnor lamb, Organic free-range chicken, traditional Hereford, and Highland beef reared outside at 1500ft in the Clun hills. These are slow-growing breeds and because of this, the taste is superb. Trevor will be catering for the us again at our festival this year and will be providing a veggie option and salads as well. We like to use local producers, as part of our mission to have a sustainable event.
BASIC REFRESHMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT EACH OF THE THREE DAY-TIME VENUES
